Three of Jamey Rodemeyer cahrged with hate crime

jamey rodemeyer bullies we're glad you're dead, jamey rodemeyer homecoming bullies, jamey rodemeyer suicide, jamey rodemeyer's bullies cheer his death
14-year-old Jamey Rodemeyer deserves better.

Just days after word spread that the bullies who had harassed and threatened Jamey Rodemeyer to death chanted “We’re glad you’re dead” during a dedication to him at the Williamsville High School’s homecoming dance, Amherst police have announced that they plan to charge at least three teens with hate crimes.
Thank. God.

Police said Thursday crimes may have been committed against Jamey while he was a student in the Williamsville school district.

The Amherst Police Department’s Special Victims Unit said it will determine whether to charge some students with harassment, cyber-harassment or hate crimes, ABC News reported.

District officials said they’re cooperating with the investigation.

Three students in particular appear to have been involved.

Meanwhile, President Obama is rumored to be crafting a Teflon-strength anti-bullying law that will make it absolutely clear that this sort of behavior is not only unacceptable, but illegal. Bullies, online of off, will face criminal charges for their culpability in the anguish and deaths of their victims.

At least four lives will be absolutely destroyed by this ugly incident. Jamey’s tormentors will have plenty of time behind bars to contemplate whether or not bullying their classmate to death, and throwing their own lives away, was worth it.

Martha Stewart: A Cougar?

When Martha Stewart does it, she does it right. The original domestic diva stepped out to the opening of the Metropolitan Opera’s Anna Bolena, escorted by a very attractive younger gentleman and dripping in silk and sequins. At first, I was thrilled and hoped that Martha was finally getting her groove back.
Alas, the hunky young thing was merely Martha’s gay nephew, Chris Herbert. But hey, who better to bring as your opera date?

The Yale grad and singer tied the knot in 2010 to his partner Timothy Long at Martha’s behemoth Bedford, New York estate. Obviously it’s no surprise that Martha is a friend of the gays (I mean, come on), but it’s always nice to see one of the most famous people in the world showing support. That said, I need her to get a boyfriend immediately. Who is secure enough in their manhood to date a woman whose biggest passions in life are linens and hors d’oeuvres?

Martha Stewart’s date to opening night of Met Opera is a handsome hunk in his 20s — her nephew

More HIV vaccine news

While many who work down in the trenches of HIV/AIDS activism have long given up any hope of an effective vaccine in our lifetimes, small glimmers of hope continue to occasionally peek through the clouds. From a small vaccine study in Spain, a result that may reduce HIV to a "minor chronic infection" such as herpes:
The trial demonstrated how the vaccine stimulates the production of lymphocytes B, which produces HIV attacking antibodies that block the virus from infecting healthy cells. Blood tests during the 48th week revealed that 72.7% of the treated volunteers had developed these HIV fighting antibodies. However generating a long lasting response against future attacks truly renders the vaccine effective. This is achieved when the body maintains a basic memory level of T lymphocytes, which are generated after the first attack and can circulate the body for years. The T lymphocytes are responsible for stimulating the attacked cell's immune response, which can then identify and destroy the HIV virus. Blood tests during the 48th week revealed that the 85% of the patients maintained the memory T lymphocytes immune response. "MVA-B immune profile meets, initially, the requirements for a promising HIV vaccine," says Esteban. Although it does not remove the virus from the body, the immune response induced by the vaccine could keep the virus under control by destroying the infected cell.
A new phase of trials with infected volunteers is set to commence. While this and other vaccine studies have showed some promise, most have failed. And none have been shown to work in all subjects.

Jeremy Scott Spring/Summer 2012

Ok have to say this, but this one is rather nice with the vest in a different cut that we normally see for men's wear and I also really like the zippers that are added in the front here, this would be nice with a t-shirt or add long pants and a dress shirt to dress it up some

This is also something I would so wear even if it does have somewhat of a bit of a Lil' Abner appeal to it, it is young playfula nd this guy certainly knows how to rock it!

Is it me or does this guy seem to be falling out of his "pouch" and if not it sure looks like it.  I also would swap out the pouc as it looks a bit like underwear.  I do however do like the whole re-invention of the chap look.  Not sure if this guy is "masculine" enough to  carry it off though

Oh dear lord there is always at least one disaster in every show and this poor dear looks like someone shredded he gold lame!

It would be the one look Meryl gave in "The Devil Wears Prada" that says disaster!

This might work at a gay rodeo convention but than again you still may get bullied.

I have never been a fan of the stripe but than again I never felt like I could pull it off.

This I would consider wearing to the bar if I was feeling like I wanted to get lucky, but this model needs to trim his pubes next if he palns on wearing something like this----just saying

This outfit is more like it, and would certainly get you laid at the gay rodeo convention--save a horse ride a cowoy!

LIke the outfit--lose the do!

A new change--minor though

If you are a regular reader here you will notice a slight change in the way this is now set up.The biggest change is that it is now masculine in feel, versus all of that pink background, hopefully in the process it is easier to read as well and will allow for larger pictures, more dialogue and a better experience over all while you are here.

I know my time commitment to this sight has been sporadic, but with my current 16 credit houtr work load with school it has been hard to find a lot of time for anything.  I enjoy blogging, sharing my thoughts, my feelings and yes even my emotions here as well giving you a glimpse into the word as I see it-- a lot of it is fashion related and there is also a lot of gay issues here but what do you want when you come into a gay man's sight about my life and fashion.  I don't usually talk a lot of politics or sports but then again it is my life.

The last week or two has been really hard as my health seems to be in flux, not so much overall but how I feel.  Like today I feel like I did when I went through my nearly month of being sick in April and we all know how that ended--not so greatly.  I feel completely drained out, m chest is in a lot of pain and it is once again hard or painful to breath.  I go to the doctor tomorrow after missing 3 of my classes today and sleeping form 9 this morning to 3 this afternoon

I have been tyring to keep the posts fun, informative and above all with a tendency towards the "Sexy" if you will as here lately that has been how my thinking has been.  Not that I am sexy mind you but that I am noticing what is sexy more and more.  I also have been tyring to figure out what made this site so popular in January with nearly 50,000 readers but that somehow I have not been able to duplicate those numbers.  I can not begin to sy how much I enjoy what ever my readership is and I appreicate all of you so very muc.  Well unto other topics here.

BUFFALO: Hundreds Attend Funeral For Gay Teen Bullying Victim

Rafael Nada: Near Nude

Sexy images have been released of tennis sensation Rafael Nadal modelling as the new face and body of Armani's autumn/winter underwear and jeans campaign.

Nadal was announced as the new face of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans back in July, which somehow I missed
.
The Spanish born athlete has not only triumphed in the tennis world, but also in fashion capturing the attention of such a prestigious brand, being Armani of course.

Nadal, who came runner up at the Wimbledon tennis championships this year, said his new modelling side-line had been a positive influence, reports the Mail Online.

The campaign, shot in all black and white by photographer Steven Klein, sees Nadal posing seductively in a number of Armani's classic, clean underwear pieces in what appears to be a dark, murky cage.

Although the tennis player no doubt looks sexy, what is debatable is his odd posing namely one of Nadal lying on a wooden floor on his front, which makes a change from Armani's past clearly seductive posing campaigns.

Speaking of the campaign, the tennis player said:
"Now that I'm working with Armani [it] is a new experience,' he said. 'It's a different world that is very positive for me. I enjoy it a lot" quoted the Daily Mail.

Nadal follows in the footsteps of other prestigious sports stars, including Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham, who have also modelled underwear for the Italian fashion house.
