San Francisco will drive small businesses out of town by demanding that workers be paid a decent wage. So says the local chamber of commerce. At $10.24 an hour come January, San Francisco will have the nation's highest minimum wage. Personally I am left wondering how easy/hard is it going to be to find work there? Will the city be flooded with people looking for work and wanting $10.24 and hour?
