Herman Cain: If The Supreme Court Overturns DOMA, I'll Overturn THEM

 

"Responding to a question posed by NOM's Brian Brownshirt, tonight Herman Cain demonstrated an astounding lack of knowledge of how government works. Not one person on the panel bothered to correct him." Is it just me, or is this fellow a complete idiot?

Herman Cain: I Should Have Spoken Up When Gay Soldier Was Booed

Tea Party favorite Herman Cain now says he should have spoken up after hearing a gay soldier booed by the audience at the most recent GOP debate. Cain's comment comes after President Obama denounced the GOP field over the issue during Saturday's speech to the HRC.

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain said Sunday that he should not have stayed silent after the audience at a GOP debate booed a gay soldier serving in Iraq. The Georgia businessman told ABC's "This Week" that it would have been "appropriate" for him to have defended the soldier. None of the candidates on stage at the Sept. 22 forum responded to the boos. "In retrospect, because of the controversy it has created and because of the different interpretations that it could have had, yes, that probably — that would have been appropriate," Cain said, when asked if he should have asked the audience to respect the soldier.

The Freepers are shredding Cain for yesterday's remark, with Free Republic founder Jim Robinson entering the comments to say, "Pandering to the left will cause you to lose potential support very quickly."

Personally I think he is just trying to get the "gay vote" and it is TO LITTLE TO LATE! Just my opinion.
