New Ad GNC

There is something very raw about this ad, now I know I playing on their words but the ad is so sensual, so naked if you will, like the man in the ad is inviting us into his private world of thoughts, feelings and emotions.  For me it is very moving.  Of course it doesn't hurt that this guy is very handsome to boot, but I would have loved to have seen just a "tiny" bit more of him.  The ad is provocative with out being obscene, but it is nice seeing a man as a sex symbol, something that I think at times is used and at others is not--it is not the same "atmosphere" that woman can catapult into super stardom as the sex goddess, maybe though in some more time that may change.  What are our thoughts>

J Brand Jeans Ad



This advertising I found in the April Issue of "Vogue" on page 165.  It is for J Brand Jeans which you can see their products on JBRANDSJEANS.COM  What I really liked about this ad was the simple sexuality of this fellow in his jeans and what appears to be this "sweatery" thing that his his shirt.  Its sexual casual at its best and I felt it epitomizes what men's fashion should be at its best when it comes to casual, and not sweat pants  and a t-shirt.  Hope you all enjoy him as much I did.

Jeffrey Cares

Let's all look at cute boys at the 8th annual Jeffrey Fashion Cares event, held at the Intrepid Aircraft Carrier in New York City.


On March 28th, Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2011 brought together fashion's most fabulousness possible for a dazzling evening of cocktails, a silent auction, and haute couture on the fashion runway. International Fashion and Luxury Companies came together with New York City’s charitable and social communities to benefit four of the most worthy non-profit organizations that improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS and members of the LGBTQ community.  In an event that was all the talk,

SCREAMING HOT boys in hot clothes walking for a great cause. Plus: HOT GUYS in itty bitty speedos! Kids, who ask for anything more?!  I mean really?!

Joshua Lovrin for Dolce Gabbana

Joshua Lovrin photographed by Marian Vivanco for the Uomini line by Dolce Gabbana.  These photographs are part of the brand new Dolce Gabbana Look Book.  My question is how do you go about getting one of these?  Wonder if a kind and generous would know and then send one my way .  There is some nudity here so for those of you who maybe offended this post may not be for you.

I am going to go on record here and say that personally I ADORE these photographs there are a couple of reasons why.......

1. The model Joshua Lovrin is very clearly a man.  With that said there seems to be this move to androgynous lookig male model.  I am not knocking that look if you can pull it off great but many of us --primarily some older men myself included---could never pull off the whole androgynous look.
2. Joshua Lovrinhas FACIAL HAIR and isn't waxed within an inch od his life.  Again its this move to feminine looking men which CAN BE very attractive in some cases and then again can not in others.  Personally speaking here I love the whole rugged "butch" look
3. Black and white photography leaves a little something to the imagination again another opinion of mine even if te subject is bare ass naked!  There is a beauty to these photographs and I wish many more fashion studios would use black and white.  Don't get me wrong I love color photography too but in this case the ads/look book may have come off as pornographic.
4. Joshua Lovrin is muscular without being a "steriod boy".  Now I know you all know what I mean, those pumped up overgrown muscle machie turn ones which in some cases are huge ones as well as huge turn offs.  Joshua here could be your next door neighbor you find lounging around in his underpants.
