Activist Group Launches Drive To Outlaw Bareback Porn Making

 

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation has launched a petition drive for a ballot measure that would require condom usage in all porn produced in Los Angeles County.

"The county has a primary responsibility of protecting the public health," foundation President Michael Weinstein told The Times. Weinstein asserted that the county Board of Supervisors has "steadfastly refused" to take action against porn producers who don't use condoms in filming, putting performers at risk of HIV and other diseases. "So we will take it to the voters," Weinstein said. The ballot measure would "require producers of adult films to obtain a public health permit from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and pay a permit fee" to fund enforcement. The measure is modeled on health permit requirements for tattoo shops, massage parlors and bathhouses. The county would be authorized to revoke permits of film producers violating the ordinance, and violations could result in civil fines or misdemeanor charges.

The American Family Association's Bryan Fischer, who has repeatedly called for the criminalization of all gay sex acts, is applauding Weinstein's words.

The porn industry, as you might guess, is riddled with STDs. Homosexual activists themselves are trumpeting loudly and clearly that gay sex is such a public health menace that gay porn actors are unacceptably exposed to potentially life-threatening diseases every time they film a scene without protection. "There are thousands of STDs in this industry," said Michael Weinstein, president of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, adding that jurisdictions pass the issue around like a hot potato. "It's the ick factor. They don't want to deal with this because it's sex, and because it's porn," he said. Wow. There is a homosexual activist talking about the “ick” factor of gay sex like he was Mike Huckabee or something.

The AHF must collect 200,000 signatures by June 5th in order for the item to appear on the November ballot in Los Angeles County.

Online Porn Compnay Sean Cody Joins The Bareback Bandwagon

It seems top porn site Sean Cody has just released its first bareback scene. The website—which specializes in impossibly hunky, straight-looking college types who seem eager to fraternize with their bros—joins Corbin Fisher and other mainstream portals in taking condom-free sex out the realm of fetish sites.
The clip, “Brandon & Pierce Unwrapped,” does come with a warning label of sorts.

Some sites feature a disclaimer, urging viewers to play safe at home and insuring that their models are tested. Sean Cody has one: “Unprotected sex is not something we recommend or endorse.”

Whether or not bareback porn leads to unprotected sex among viewers has been hotly contested and is almost impossible to prove.

Most people generally err on the side of letting grown adults make their own judgment calls—and pray they make the right one. But even if there’s no correlation between porn viewing and personal sexual practices, there are still two men having unprotected gay sex.

Aren’t we worried about their health?

Residents of Los Angeles will vote next year on whether or not to require all porn companies use condoms consistently.

TLA Markets Gay Films By Linking Them With Accused Molester Jerry Sandusky

Gay-owned video retailer TLA.com has removed a tasteless web page (link NSFW) grouping gay-themed indies and art films under the banner “What Would Jerry Sandusky Watch”?
TLA editor Robby O. wrote:

You’d think that with coaching, his non-profit and taking all those long showers, Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky would not have a lot of free time. Oh contraire! He is a ferocious movie-goer with specialized tastes. We sat down with him (actually, we sent our 11-year-old nephew so he’d open up more) and asked him to name a few of his favorites… after all, he’s gonna have a lot of free time soon to watch them all again.

Mr. O included films with titles like Cold Showers, Punish Me and Schoolboy Crush—along with movies about child molestation, including Capturing the Friedmans and Happiness.

A few days ago we posted an article that caused distress among some customers. Miss America Pageant Preliminary Sponsor: Moonlights As Porn Star & Runs Gay Porn Websites

The Miss America pageant stands for the empowerment of women, traditional values and wholesome entertainment, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that one of the main sponsors for the California preliminaries moonlights as a porn star and runs gay porn websites.

Ric Alonso and his partner of 21 years, Ernie Koneck, are both highly involved in the Southern California Scholarship Association — a nonprofit that produces the Miss Hollywood pageant, which is an official preliminary to Miss California and Miss America

But RadarOnline.com has discovered that Ric goes by the pseudonym Jake Cruise, a gay porn star and producer that owns three hardcore adult websites.

“My movies are not your typical gay porn. I’m in a lot of the movies,” Ric says on one of his porn sites.
“As you can see I’m your average middle aged gay man who likes to have fun with hot guys of all ages... One thing I strive for is that we all have fun while having sex.”

In 2011 Ric was named as the first of the organization’s major scholarship donors, and his partner Ernie sits on the board and is the Executive Director.

Ric and Ernie also own EKRA Group Inc. and a web design company called Dancing Moose Interactive that is responsible for designing the Miss California website.

Update :: Mass. High School Teacher On Leave For Starring In Gay Porn

An English teacher and crew coach at one of the best schools in Massachusetts has had his gay porn past exposed thanks to Boston’s Fox 25.

Kevin Hogan, who taught at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden since September, has been put on paid leave after Fox has discovered he has starred in gay adult films, such as "Fetish World" and "Just Gone Gay 8." The films were released in 2010 where Hogan went under the name Hytch Cawke, the news station reported.

Hogan was also the chair of the school’s English department.

When reporter Mike Beaudet confronted Hogan about his past, the English teacher seemed caught off guard and simply said, "I don’t know what you’re talking about."

The prestigious school is now conducting its own investigation. In addition, Mystic Valley released a statement saying "We value the health and safety of our students," and that "the school followed our normal hiring practicesThe school did a criminal background check in Massachusetts and California, where Hogan had been residing. In addition, Mystic Valley’s officials said that they received flawless references and that Hogan had been placed at the school by the recruiting company Carney, Sandoe & Associates.

Parents were sent an email by the school, which informed them of the investigation. The news station also admits that Hogan has done nothing illegal.

In a similar case, Shawn Loftis, 36, was a public school substitute teacher at Nautilus Middle School of Miami Beach. Loftis, however, was fired for staring in gay porn under the stage name Collin O’Neal, EDGE reported in an Oct. 3 article.

"Adult performers are often judged to be immoral by American society, with no real basis in fact," said Joanne Cachapero, membership director of the Free Speech Coalition, the lobbying organization for the adult-film industry.

"I saw a video interview with Shawn, where he stated that the judgment of school officials against him was almost like implying that somehow, because of his background, he is some sort of pedophile. I think Shawn is right when he says that."

Loftis argues that teachers do not make a lot of money and that several of them could have secret lives in order to supplement their income. "A woman can be dancing at a bar," Loftis tells EDGE. "She hides it from the school to make extra money on the weekend. Why should anyone know about anybody’s private life?"

Public High Schhol Teacher starred in porno movies

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Kevin Hogan is an English teacher and crew coach at a top-rated Massachusetts public high school, but he brings some unusual experience to the job: until recently, he was starring in pornographic movies.

Hogan has worked at the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden since September. In addition to his coaching and teaching duties, he also chairs the high school’s English department.

But he can also be found on the Internet and in adult entertainment stores under his screen name: Hytch Cawke.

His movie credits include “Fetish World” and “Just Gone Gay 8,” and FOX Undercover found his third movie, whose title is not fit to reveal in a family news outlet, in a local adult store. It features him answering an ad to have sex for money.

“Hi, I’m Hytch and I just answered the ad and now I’m here to see what it’s like to be with a guy,” he says to the camera.

But Hogan wasn’t so talkative when FOX Undercover’s camera was on him.
“Wanted to talk to you about your film career. You starred in some pretty interesting movies,” FOX Undercover reporter Mike Beaudet asked him last week.

“I don't know what you're talking about,” Hogan said.

“Does the school know that you're a porn star?” Beaudet asked.

“I don't know what you're talking about,” Hogan said.

“Do your students know that you've been in these movies? Come on. This is you. You know what I'm talking about,” Beaudet said.

“I don't know what you're talking about,” Hogan repeated.

“Do you really think it's appropriate to be working with kids?” Beaudet asked.

“I don't know what you're talking about. Happy Thanksgiving,” Hogan replied.

Now Hogan will have to answer to his school, which placed him on paid leave while they conduct their own investigation.

It’s not the kind of news the school is used to. Just this year, Newsweek magazine named Mystic Valley one of the best high schools in the country and fourth best public high school in Massachusetts.

The school released a statement saying “We value the health and safety of our students,” and that "the school followed our normal hiring practices," which included criminal background checks in Massachusetts and California, where Hogan had been living.

Mystic Valley also said "the references we received were flawless,” and noted he was placed there by the recruiting firm Carney, Sandoe & Associates. Hogan even has a testimonial on the firm's website, where he writes, "It's amazing with your help I was able to find a school that I never thought existed."

Mystic Valley Charter School sent an e-mail to parents and staff today stressing the school’s insistence that any applicant for a position be candid and forthright about disclosing past employment positions.
Parents told FOX Undercover they had some concerns.

“I’m disturbed. I’m surprised,” said Stephanie Saponaro, whose son is coached by Hogan on the crew team. “The kids really love him. He's been a great addition to the team. He's a new coach this year. New head of the English department. This is scary.”

“What is my reaction? Oh my God!” said another parent. “Everyone's innocent until proven guilty. I don't like to judge people.”

FOX Undercover’s Beaudet asked another parent, “Does it bother you to think this guy's doing this?”
“Very much so. Especially since he's teaching our children. Everyday. It does bother me a lot,” the parent replied.

The state Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, which granted Hogan an educator’s license, said it would look into the situation. A spokesman for the department added, “We expect teachers to hold a very high moral standard. They are role models for students."

Best of all, perhaps, is that Sagat will be instructing attendees on… the art of being Sagat.

“I’m basically supposed to speak about my career and about porn, generally speaking, and porn through my life,” he says. “I’ll speak, maybe, about my childhood and all of my inspirations.”

Former gay Porn Star--Ryan Idol Convicted of Attempted Murder!!!

Former gay porn star Ryan Idol (real name Marc Donais) has been found guilty of attempting to murder his girlfriend.

Donais, 45, was accused of using a toilet tank lid to batter his ex-girlfriend in the head in an attack at the woman's home on Sept. 5, 2009. The adult film star, who identifies as bisexual although he performed in gay porn, and the woman had broken up before the incident. During the trial, Donais testified that he thought his ex-girlfriend had a knife when they were in the bathroom, where she was taking a bath. He said he hit the woman in self-defense. Jurors, however, didn't buy his argument.

After retiring from porn, Idol tried his hand at acting and appeared in the Broadway revival of The Ritz. (I saw him in that.) In 2008 he got caught up in a financial scandal involving a Birmingham, Alabama city council member, who was accused of embezzling money from a children's charity to pay Idol $30,000 for "computer repairs."

AIDS Group to File Complaint Against Barebacking Porn Company

The controversial AIDS Healthcare Foundation says it will file a complaint against a Florida-based porn company after one of its actors became HIV-positive. According to a little-noticed item in Florida's public health code, not using a condom during a porn shoot qualifies as a "sanitary nuisance." So says the AHF, at least.

"This is yet another suspected case of HIV infection in the adult film industry. Given the wide reports, and given that Brazzers affirmatively states they do not use condoms--a violation of both state and federal health statutes--it makes sense to investigate them in the hopes of putting an end to further infections," said Michael Weinstein, president of AIDS Healthcare Foundation. "We are filing these complaints with Florida health officials and federal OSHA officials to prompt industry compliance with employee health and safety regulations and to spur proper and thorough public health investigations of this reported incident."

The AHF's action has thrilled the American Family Association's Bryan Fischer, who adores linking HIV-positive people to terms like "sanitary nuisance."
