Catholic Diocese Pulls Homeless Shelter Funding Because One Employee Supports Gays

The Catholic Diocese of Sacramento no longer will fund programs at Francis House, a nonprofit agency that serves homeless people, because of its new director’s views supporting abortion rights and gay marriage.
In a letter last month, the diocese’s director of social services said the Rev. Faith Whitmore’s public statements on the issues clash with the teachings of the Catholic Church. Therefore, said the Rev. Michael Kiernan, the social services director, it is “impossible for the diocese to continue funding Francis House” as part of its annual Catholic Appeal.

Francis House provides has been providing people with access to transportation and housing in the Sacramento area for 42 years. 25,000 people in need receive care at Francis House each year.

“We serve the poor,” he said. “We don’t have a litmus test for homeless people when they come in. We don’t ask them for their position on choice and gay marriage. We just help them. But for whatever reason, the diocese made those issues a higher priority than the mission.”

Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph Sued Over “Gay” Sexual Harassment

Larry Probst an archivist at the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph is suing  the Diocese for sexual harassment, sex discrimination and retaliation, in Federal Court claiming that he was fired for objecting to pervasive homosexual sexual harassment from priests who lusted over a male co-worker.
Probst who worked as an assistant to the diocese’s archivist  claims his bosses, the Rev. Charles Michael Coleman and Fr. Robert Cameron, continually ”fawned” over his co-worker Michael St. George, and that the three sexually harassed him. Cameron even said St. George “could ‘cum in my hand,” the complaint states.

Probst claims other ”unwanted and unwelcome sexual harassment,” included:

     a. Sexually offensive comments from St. George such as ‘I don’t date someone with a hatchet wound,’ referring to a girlfriend of a co-worker.
     ”b. Sexually offensive comments from St, George about removing pornography from his computer desktop before he could allow a Parish Soft technician access to his computer.
     ”c. Sexually offensive advances and gestures from St. George such as arching up and grabbing his crotch while riding in a vehicle with plaintiff at the request of Father Coleman.
     ”d. Sexually offensive comments from Father Coleman, such as about games men play where the loser has to ‘service’ the other men under the table.

Probst complained throughout  the series of incidents which began in thee Summer/Fall of 2010 until  March 18, 2011,  when Probst met with the Chancellor of the Diocese, Bradley Offutt who discouraged him from pressing his complaint and told Probst that he could lose his job because of it.
 On June 30, Probst was fired by the Diocese, citing “lack of funding.”
He is seeking back pay, front pay in lieu of reinstatement, and compensatory and punitive damages.

To do this they have distinct programs, and will continue to implant the ideology that is already present in our schools."

On Friday, Archbishop Antonio Rouco Varela held a massive open-air rally in Madrid's Plaza Colon, where he exhorted the crowd to press the new government to end gay marriage

MINNESOTA: Archbishop Tells Priests To Shut Up If They Oppose Anti-Gay Bill

"It is my expectation that all the priests and deacons in this Archdiocese will support this venture and cooperate with us in the important efforts that lie ahead. The gravity of this struggle, and the radical consequences of inaction propels me to place a solemn charge upon you all — on your ordination day, you made a promise to promote and defend all that the Church teaches. I call upon that promise in this effort to defend marriage. There ought not be open dissension on this issue. If any have personal reservations, I do not wish that they be shared publicly. If anyone believes in conscience that he cannot cooperate, I want him to contact me directly and I will plan to respond personally." - Archbishop John Nienstedt, in a message to his priests.

Archdiocese To Gays: ABSTAIN

The Hartford Archdiocese wants gays and lesbians to practice abstinence in the new year. On Tuesday, the archdiocese announced it was launching a local chapter of a national ministry called Courage "to support men and women who struggle with homosexual tendencies and to motivate them to live chaste and fruitful lives in accordance with Catholic Church teachings." In a press release, the archdiocese stated that its Office of Diaconate director, Robert Pallotti, had been working to establish an area program for more than four years. The Courage ministry is based in Norwalk, led by the Rev. Paul Check of the Bridgeport Diocese, and claims to have more than 100 chapters around the country. Gay attraction is not the sin, the ministry preaches — only when one acts on those feelings is it immoral.

Cardinal Francis George, the Archbishop of Chicago, this week told a Chicago news station that he agreed with a local Roman Catholic church's objections to the city's recently-adjusted Gay Pride Parade route passing by its doors and warned that the parade could "morph into the Klu Klux Klan." George made the comment Sunday on Fox Chicago when asked about Our Lady of Mount Carmel's complaints that the parade passing by its Belmont Avenue location would force the church to cancel its morning mass. The church recently launched a petition urging the city to force parade organizers to adjust their plans. "I go with the pastor," George told Fox. "He's telling us that he won't be able to have services on Sunday if that's the case. You don't want the gay liberation movement to morph into something like the Klu Klux Klan, demonstrating in the streets against Catholicism."

MINNESOTA: Catholic Bishop Issues Prayer Against The Civil Rights Of Gay Americans

The Star-Tribune reports:

In an effort to promote the passage of the marriage amendment to the state's Constitution, Twin Cities Archbishop John Nienstedt wants Catholics to recite a special prayer during mass. He’s also urging area Catholics “to embrace Fridays as a particular day of prayer and sacrifice for the success of this most current struggle to defend marriage with our civil constitution. Without such deliberate prayers and sacrifices, our efforts will be in vain. But with God, all things are possible.”

“Much rides on the success of our struggle to defend marriage,” according to Nienstedt, who made the comments in a letter posted on the archdiocese’s website. It’s the latest effort by Minnesota church leaders urging Catholics to support passage of the proposed amendment, which calls for a ban on gay marriage. This fall, the state’s Catholic bishops took the unusual step of directing parish priests across the state to form committees to help get the marriage amendment passed by voters in November 2012.

Please help Support the Pro-Homosexual Clubs Found at 107 Catholic Colleges: by protesting the church!

This is an actual campaign that is going on right now being ran by the Catholic Church.  What I found amazing was the fact that these Catholic Universities even had supportive gay groups to begin with.  My advice, cal your local parish and stateclearly that you are in favor of these groups existing, protest teh Catholic in their attempt to get rid of these groups by not tithing and ask others to do the same, write letters to you Diocese Bishops in favor of these groups.  Something needs to be done to stop this nonsense from happening in the name of religion.

Why are pro-homosexual clubs allowed to promote anti-Catholic behavior on Catholic campuses?

After examining the official web sites of 244 Catholic universities and colleges in America, TFP Student Action found that 107 – or 43% – recognize student clubs that favor the homosexual agenda.  Many of these clubs promote same-sex “marriage,” open homosexuality in the military, and push for the mainstreaming of unnatural vice.

Here are a few examples:

Saint Norbert College’s Rainbow Alliance promotes anti-Catholic events such as Celebrate Bisexuality Day, National Coming Out Day, Transgender Day, and Gender Bender Dances.

The University of Notre Dame’s Core Council for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Questioning Students promotes a campus wide Day of Silence, and works to implement “educational programming on gay and lesbian issues.”

Georgetown University promotes a “Genderfunk Drag Ball” described in these terms:  “No matter gay, straight, or bi, lesbian, transgender life, only you can say you’re born this way. Uncap the lipstick, break out the fishnets, draw on the 'stache, unleash the chest hair, and redefine gender in your own way… Challenge yourself, challenge the binary.”

“Students are getting immoral messages from these clubs,” observed TFP Student Action Director John Ritchie.  “A sort of dictatorship of tolerance is slowly squeezing out the truth, silencing Catholic teaching right on Catholic campuses.  More and more Catholic college students are confronted with visible, active and well-funded pro-homosexual clubs that openly contradict natural law and undermine moral values.  To see this happening at Catholic institutions of higher learning is particularly disturbing.”

Yoga is SATANIC!

“Practicing yoga is Satanic, it leads to evil just like reading Harry Potter,” Father Gabriele Amorth said this week.


“In Harry Potter the Devil acts in a crafty and covert manner, under the guise of extraordinary powers, magic spells and curses,” said Amorth.

As for yoga, it leads to Hinduism and “all eastern religions are based on a false belief in reincarnation,” the 86-year-old priest said.

Science can’t explain evil, added Amorth, who claims to have performed 50,000 exorcisms before retiring in 2000. He is both founder and honorary president for life of the International Association of Exorcists.
The Pope has also warned that yoga “can degenerate into a cult of the body.”

One more reason I guess I am going to hell, gay isn't enough any more I guess.  Now I am satanic too because I practice yoga....Any thoughts on this craziness?
