Arestirado/Jessy Ares Music Video; "Porn Star" and new album NSFW

So, you're running to the BofA on the streets of San Francisco to deposit a check, when suddenly three ripped studs strip buck-naked in front of you dancing while lipsyncing a bad pop song. Is this Candid Camera? Nope, it's very real, and very serious. It's pornstars Jessy Ares, Hunter Marx and Aymeric Deville filming a music video for Jessy's song "Porn Star."
While I'm sure Jessy (whose "pop artist" name is, forgive us for snickering, "Arestirado") wants folks to pay attention to his voice and song stylings, the video ends up being more like a porny version of Candid Camera. While singing lyrics like...

Porn Star, baby, shameless with guys and ladies.
Porn Star, baby, enjoyin' having sex for money.

...Jessy and boys strip buck naked on a public street in full view of the passing public, who turn in shock, or blithely pretend nothing usual is happening, or predictably take out their cellphone cameras and start snapping away. (Yep, it's the elderqueens on the latter.)
As for the song itself, it lives up to the quality of the lyrics:

So fold your heads around my jocks
It's time to pray. It's time to "Aaaah."

How does one "fold heads." The song, however does bend our brain. Nonetheless, hot dudes getting naked in public? Worth it.

Back in late September there was a short Twitter burst of people reporting that there were three naked guys walking around the Castro in San Francisco shooting a music video. What they were seeing wasn’t some group hallucination but Jessy Ares, Hunter Marx and Aymeric Deville shooting the video for Jessy’s song “Porn Star” which is on his new album Shameless.
It’s also featured in the new Titan moviewhich is due out next week on Titanmen.


And yes, that actually is legal to do in San Francisco.  At the end of this post is the video, it is, after all how I work here...be very for warned though this is is NSFW by any means, it also contains full male frontal nudity but since it is an actual music video and an actual album and we are after all adults I felt I should share it here.  If male nudity is not your thing than just skip this post entirely

Street Wear: Nasty Pig: Video

New York men’s streetwear brand Nasty Pig introduces editorial materials from its “Do You” campaign showcasing its new line of “Dominant Jeans.”

“Men who wear Nasty Pig are unswayed by influence,” says Nasty Pig CEO David Lauterstein. “There are a lot of people out there telling you what to do. We say: do you.”

The released materials include a 90-second spot and a series of images, both photographed by Carlos Arias, who has previously photographed for YRB, GQ, and Krave. The photos and ad feature Matthew DeLaGarza in his modeling debut. DeLaGarza, a windshield deliveryman by trade, was discovered in his native Phoenix, Arizona in early 2011. "Carlos approached me to shoot the ‘Do You’ campaign for Nasty Pig,” said DeLaGarza. “I'm all about doing me."

The shoot was styled by Polar Buranasatit, a New York-based stylist whose window displays for Nasty Pig were recently nominated by Racked.com as the Best Store Windows in New York City for 2011 (alongside Barney’s, Bergdorf Goodman, Paul Smith and Moschino).

Nasty Pig Creative Director Frederick Kearney designed the styles featured and provided additional styling input for the shoot.

GLAAD & GMHC Call On NYC To Yank Graphic New HIV Prevention Ad

GLAAD and the Gay Men's Health Crisis are calling on New York City to cease airing an HIV prevention ad that the groups says is "sensationalist and stigmatizing."


The PSA, which is intended to encourage condom usage among gay and bisexual men, claims that those with HIV face a higher risk of bone loss, dementia, and anal cancer. While older adults living with HIV may be at greater risk of these conditions, the PSA creates a grim picture of what it is like to live with HIV that could further stigmatize HIV/AIDS, as well as gay and bisexual men. “We know from our longstanding HIV prevention work that portraying gay and bisexual men as dispensing diseases is counterproductive,“ said Marjorie Hill, PhD, GMHC’s Chief Executive Officer. “Studies have shown that using scare tactics is not effective. Including gay men’s input, while recognizing their strength and resiliency, in the creation of HIV prevention education is effective. Gay men are part of the prevention solution, not the problem.” Both GLAAD and GMHC have reached out to the department to demand that the commercial be pulled and to offer assistance with framing the conversation around HIV/AIDS more accurately.
